These Terms govern access to a2pay.pro and the digital product services offered by A2Pay.pro.
1. Accounts
New customer registrations are subject to manual administrator review. An account may remain pending, be approved, rejected, suspended, or restricted when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational reasons.
2. Digital products
Gift cards, prepaid products, codes, vouchers, and similar products are generally issued or fulfilled by third-party merchants, issuers, brands, distributors, or suppliers. Their own redemption terms may apply.
3. Orders and payments
Prices and availability can change before checkout. Card payments are processed through an independent payment provider. Submission of an order does not guarantee supplier fulfillment.
4. Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering accurate recipient information and protecting delivered digital credentials. A code or PIN may function like cash once delivered.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law. Successfully delivered digital products are generally final sale.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, sanctions evasion, resale prohibited by an issuer, or any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-party services
Supplier and payment-provider outages, restrictions, product changes, and issuer rules may affect availability or delivery.
